Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe makes NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE for its racing or competition tyres. Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES. In no event shall Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe be liable for any kind of general, special, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its racing or competition tyres. All Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe racing and competition tyres are sold AS-IS. Purchasers and users ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with the use of Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe racing and competition tyres.

NEVER USE RACING OR COMPETITION TYRES NOT BEARING THE "E" MARK OR "D.O.T." MARK ON PUBLIC STREETS OR HIGHWAYS: IT IS ILLEGAL AND DANGEROUS. NEVER USE A RACING OR COMPETITION TYRE ON PUBLIC STREETS OR HIGHWAYS WHICH HAS MOULDED ON ITS SIDEWALL "For Racing Purposes Only, Not For Highway Use": IT IS ILLEGAL AND DANGEROUS. Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe RACING and COMPETITION TYRES WHICH ARE NOT ROAD LEGAL AND DO NOT BEAR AN "E" MARK OR "D.O.T." MARK ARE DESIGNED AND COMPOUNDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR COMPETITION USE ONLY. These tyres are NOT tested, labeled or intended to meet FMVSS 109/119 or ECE30/75. All sellers, purchasers, and users of Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe racing and competition tyres agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe for every type of risk, loss, injury or damage, of whatever kind of nature, Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe may incur as a result of the improper sale, installation or use of Cooper Tire & Rubber Europe racing and competition tyres.
